The SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+) helps businesses improve the way work is done by reviewing and redesigning job roles, workflows, and operational processes.
It supports businesses in improving operational efficiency and productivity through workforce consultancy, capability building initiatives, and workforce tech solutions.
Businesses implementing Job Redesign initiatives may be eligible for government support under workforce transformation programmes.
Eligible SMEs may receive:
1. Workforce Consultancy – Up to $50,000
Get expert guidance from pre-approved consultants to transform your workforce by assessing business needs, which may include flexi-work arrangements, AI readiness, redesigning roles and creating a tailored implementation plan.
2. Capability Building Initiatives – Up to $60,000
Build internal expertise to sustain transformation efforts, engage HR professionals or pre-approved consultants to train employees, enabling them to drive ongoing job redesign, facilitate employee career health, and manage organisational change independently.
3. Workforce Tech Solutions – Up to $90,000
(Must be combined with at least one of the components above)
Adopt technology tools that support data-driven workforce planning and skills development, which may include workforce analytics platforms, HR manpower management tools, skills gap analysis tools, and AI-powered HR tech that provides insights for organisational growth and employee development.
