GST InvoiceNow Grants

Support for GST-registered Businesses to Adopt GST InvoiceNow

The following support packages are available to help GST-registered businesses adopt GST InvoiceNow.

1. GST InvoiceNow Transition Grant ($1k)

GST-registered businesses with total annual supplies ≤ S$4 million* can receive a S$1k cash grant to defray the cost of subscribing to an InvoiceNow-Ready Solution Provider (IRSP) such as Xero, or connecting to InvoiceNow via an IMDA-accredited Access Point Provider (AP).

The GST-registered business must submit invoice data to IRAS after activating GST InvoiceNow prior to their respective mandate deadline. Businesses can check with their IRSP or AP on the GST InvoiceNow activation.

The GST InvoiceNow Transition Grant ($1k) is from 1st July 2026 to 31st March 2030, or until the grant is fully claimed.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Grantee must be a GST-registered business in Singapore.
  2. Grantee must have total annual supplies less than or equal to S$4 million made in all the prescribed accounting periods ending in calendar year 2025.
  3. Grantees who are already subscribed to an IRSP or who have already connected their own solution to InvoiceNow are not eligible for the grant. To qualify for the grant, Grantee must have not used any IRSP solutions in the 3 months prior before onboarding the new IRSP solution or connecting own solution to InvoiceNow.
  4. Grantee must have either subscribed to an IMDA-accredited IRSP solution (with payment for minimum 12 months) or have integrated their ERP solution to an IMDA-accredited AP after 26th February 2026.
  5. Grantee must have submitted invoice data to IRAS after activating GST InvoiceNow before their mandate deadline.

2. GST InvoiceNow Transition Grant ($5k)

GST-registered businesses with total annual supplies > S$4 million* can receive a S$5k cash grant to defray the cost of connecting to InvoiceNow via an IMDA-accredited Access Point Provider (AP).

The GST-registered business must submit invoice data to IRAS after activating GST InvoiceNow by 31st March 2028. Businesses can check with their AP on the GST InvoiceNow activation.

The GST InvoiceNow Transition Grant ($5k) is from 1st July 2026 to 31st March 2028, or until the grant is fully claimed.

Businesses may also be eligible to apply for the InvoiceNow Queen Bee Grant in addition to the GST InvoiceNow Transition Grant ($5k).

Eligibility criteria

  1. Grantee must be a GST-registered business in Singapore.
  2. Grantee must have total annual supplies greater than S$4 million made in all the prescribed accounting periods ending in calendar year 2025.
  3. Grantee must have their own ERP solution (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, custom solutions).
  4. Grantee must integrate their own ERP solution to GST InvoiceNow via an IMDA-accredited Access Point.
  5. Grantee must start the implementation project after 26th February 2026 and complete the project (which includes submitting invoice data to IRAS after activating GST InvoiceNow) by 31st March 2028.
  6. Each implementation project must be completed within 12 months.

3. InvoiceNow Queen Bee Grant to Drive B2B Transactions

Large enterprises (“Queen Bees”) with > S$4 million annual turnover could receive a S$25k cash grant for connecting their own custom ERP solution to InvoiceNow and transacting with their business counterparties on InvoiceNow.

The Queen Bee must start the integration work to InvoiceNow from 1st July 2026 and complete by 31st March 2030.

The Queen Bee must either receive invoices via InvoiceNow from at least 20 suppliers or send invoices via InvoiceNow to at least 40 customers by 31st March 2031.

The InvoiceNow Queen Bee Grant is from 1st July 2026 to 31st March 2030, or until the grant is fully claimed.

Businesses may also be eligible for the GST InvoiceNow Transition Grant ($5k).

Eligibility criteria

  1. Grantee must be incorporated for more than a year.
  2. Grantee must have a total annual turnover of more than S$4 million.
  3. Grantee must have a minimum of 200 suppliers or 200 business customers*.
  4. Grantee must have its own custom ERP solution.
  5. Grantee must connect to InvoiceNow via an IMDA-accredited Access Point Provider.
  6. Those who are recipients of the previous LEAD Connect and LEAF Chain Leader grants are not eligible for this grant.

*Suppliers and business customers are those with existing transactions with the Queen Bee in the last 36 months and remain in operation. Suppliers or business customers who are related to the Queen Bee can be included.
