The SMEs Go Digital programme aims to help SMEs in using digital technologies and build stronger digital capabilities to seize growth opportunities in the digital economy.

What is the Start Digital Pack?

The Start Digital Pack is offered by OCBC in collaboration with Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and Info-communications Media Development Authority (IMDA) under the SMEs Go Digital Programme. Through the programme, OCBC bank has put together various digital solutions which can be enjoyed for free for a period of at least 6 months in a bid to help your business grow through digitalisation.

Who is eligible for SME Start Digital Programme

You will be eligible if you are a local SME that is new to using digital technology, and

1. Have no less than 30% of its shareholding held by Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents (PR)
2. Have an annual sales turnover not more than $100 million or employment size not exceeding 200 employees

Must I be a OCBC customer in order to be eligible for this?

Yes, simply open an OCBC corporate account and you will enjoy. We can even help you to arrange a bank officer to assist you to open an account with the need to queue at the bank. Please fill up this form and an officer from OCBC will contact you.

I have taken up start digital pack with another bank or telco, can I claim again?

No. Each UEN is only eligible to register for the Start Digital Pack once.

I have taken start digital pack for my another company, can I still take up start digital pack?

Yes. Each UEN is eligible for one Start Digital Pack.

Must I purchase the 2 digital solution from you?

No, you may purchase from anyone but the SME Digital Pack is limited to the solutions curated by OCBC bank. You also get exclusive discount from us, chat with us to get your promo code.
