Have an Ongoing PSG Project? What Happens to Your Claim Now That EDGE Is Live

PSG has ended for new applications, but your existing PSG project has not. If you have applied under the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) through Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) before 30 September 2026, GoBusiness says your project is supported until completion and claim disbursement.

But even so, plenty of SMEs still have doubts, and that is understandable. The scheme they applied under has been replaced, vendor listings have changed, and several deadlines land within the next few weeks.

This guide answers the most common doubts about PSG claims now that EDGE is the only grant in place for new projects.

Where Your PSG Project Stands Now

Where you are What happens What to do
Application submitted, no outcome yet Assessed under the original PSG requirements Wait for the outcome. You do not need to resubmit under EDGE.
Approved, project in progress Supported until project completion and claim disbursement Follow the timeline in your Letter of Offer and finish the project.
Project completed, claim not filed You can still claim through the Business Grants Portal (BGP) File before the claim due date in your Letter of Offer.
Not yet applied PSG under EnterpriseSG is closed to new applications Look at EDGE for a new project.

If your PSG project is with 361DC, the same table applies to you. Your project continues with 361DC under the terms stated within your Letter of Offer, and the changes to PSG do not alter your vendor or your approved solution.

FAQ: Your PSG Claim Doubts, Answered

1. Was my PSG approval cancelled because PSG ended?
No. Ongoing PSG projects under EnterpriseSG are not affected and are supported until project completion and claim disbursement. PSG ending means no new applications. It does not end projects that were already submitted or approved.

2. Do I need to reapply under EDGE to keep my funding?
No. Applications submitted before 30 September 2026 continue to be assessed under the original scheme’s requirements. There is nothing to resubmit, and EDGE cannot fund a project that PSG already supports.

3. Will my vendor and approved solution still be supported?
The directory change affects new applications. From 30 September 2026, PSG solutions no longer appear in the GoBusiness directory, but that does not change a project that is already approved. Your solution and vendor stay as stated in your Letter of Offer. For 361DC’s existing PSG clients, that means the project carries on with 361DC as before.

4. Is the claim process different now?
For PSG projects, you still submit your claim upon project completion through the Business Grant Portal. The rules specific to EDGE, such as a single final claim per project and reimbursement only, apply to new EDGE projects, not to your PSG claim. Your Letter of Offer remains the guide for your own claim.

5. What if my project is running late or my claim date is close?
Raise it before the date passes. You can email EnterpriseSG to request for a change in the project end date or claim due date.

6. What happens to my SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit?
For SFEC-supported programmes under EDG, MRA and PSG previously, all final claims must be submitted by 30 November 2026. EDGE will not be supported under SFEC.

7. Does using PSG affect my chances of getting EDGE?
No, businesses that previously applied for or received PSG funding can still apply for EDGE, but only for new and fresh project areas. Any earlier PSG funded amounts will not count towards the EDGE annual cap of S$100,000, of which up to S$30,000 can go to single-function digital solutions, integrated enterprise systems and selected automation.

An SME that adopted accounting software earlier under PSG may be able to treat HR software as a separate EDGE project. EDGE also works differently from PSG:

  • Reimbursement only. You pay the full project cost first and claim afterwards.
  • One final claim per project.
  • No vendor changes after approval. Change requests only cover the project end date and claim due date.
  • Pre-approved vendors where they exist. EnterpriseSG advises choosing from the list for activities that have one.

A separate guide on how to choose an EDGE pre-approved vendor covers seven questions worth asking.

How to Claim Your PSG Grant: Step by Step

  1. Find your Letter of Offer. Note the project end date and the claim due date.
  2. Confirm the project is complete and fully paid. Claims are filed after the solution is delivered and fully paid for, so check both first.
  3. Gather your claim documents. List a usage report plus invoices and proof of payment when preparing to submit a PSG claim. 361DC’s existing clients can directly ask their consultants to prepare the documents for claim submission.
  4. Log in to BGP with Corppass and submit. The claim submission within the portal must be done by your own authorised staff.
  5. Check your SFEC position. If SFEC supported a programme under your project, file that final claim by 30 November 2026.

Existing 361DC Client, or Planning Your Next EDGE Project?

361DC has been a pre-approved vendor since the early PSG days, and was the first pre-approved vendor for Xero, from 2019. Under EDGE, 361DC offers pre-approved accounting software and HR software (HReasily) for SMEs. More than 2,500 SMEs across diverse sectors have worked with the team.

If you are an existing 361DC PSG client, or you have doubts about where your project stands, 361DC can go through it with you:

  • Your claim due date and the documents to prepare before you file
  • Any timeline risk, including SFEC dates and project end dates
  • Whether a new project qualifies for EDGE, and how the one-application-per-UEN rule affects it
  • Your cost after grant and the cash flow you need until reimbursement

361DC team will guide you throughout the entire process to ensure claims are smooth. But as deadlines are hard to move, it pays to have this conversation early with the team.
