- Wispr Flow – A voice-to-text tool that allows users to dictate naturally and convert speech into text, making it easier to write emails, reports and messages.
- n8n and Microsoft Power Automate – Automation platforms that help businesses connect different applications and automate repetitive workflows.
- Nova AI – An AI-powered tool for fast bookkeeping.
- Canva – A design and content creation platform with AI-powered tools for creating marketing and visual content.
- CapCut – An AI-powered video editing tool for creating and editing short-form video content.
- Seedance and Veo 3 – AI video generation tools for creating engaging visual content.
Participants also explored how AI can support everyday business functions, including:
- Bookkeeping and finance-related tasks
- Voice-to-text transcription
- Document summarisation and research
- Workflow automation
- Content and video creation
- Graphic design and visual content production
These practical demonstrations highlighted how AI can help businesses reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Staying Safe While Adopting AI
As AI adoption grows, so do cybersecurity risks.
The cybersecurity segment was conducted by our Chief Trainer, Su Hui, who shared practical guidance on how businesses and individuals can protect themselves.
Participants learnt about common cybersecurity threats, the importance of safeguarding sensitive business information, and best practices when using AI.
