We are the first vendor in Singapore approved to help SMEs set up Xero under PSG. Not one of the first few, but the very first. We’re saying this because two important deadlines are coming up in November 2026, and who you work with really does matter.
Quick explainer if PSG is new to you: it stands for Productivity Solutions Grant. It’s run by the government, through Enterprise Singapore, and it pays up to 50% of the cost of approved software, including Xero. You just need to buy through an approved vendor like us, and you could enjoy the benefits of Xero at half the price.
Why Being First Actually Matters
We’ve been helping businesses set up Xero with PSG funding for longer than almost any other vendor in Singapore. That’s not just a nice fact to mention. It means we’ve done this many, many times, long before most other vendors even started.
That experience is something a newer vendor simply doesn’t have yet. We already know what Enterprise Singapore looks for, and what usually slows an application down. There’s no shortcut for that kind of experience. It only comes from doing this over again and again, for years. That’s the real difference between us and a vendor who’s still learning as they go.
Xero Prices Are Going Up From 1 November 2026
This is confirmed. It’s on Xero’s own website, not something we’re guessing about. Standard goes from $70 to $77 a month. Premium goes from $95 to $99. Starter goes from $39 to $42. Xero is also removing its discount for businesses running more than one company. So if that applies to you, you’ll lose that saving too.
Here’s what that means for you. PSG gives you a percentage off your Xero subscription. If you set up before 1 November, that discount applies to today’s lower price. If you wait, you’ll be paying more, even with PSG’s help. Waiting will not save you money. It just means paying more for the same thing.
SFEC Funding Runs Out Around the Same Time
SFEC stands for SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit. It’s a S$10,000 credit that many companies received but haven’t fully used. It expires on 30 November 2026. If you still have some of this credit left, it can also be used together with PSG. That combination is what brings your final cost down the most.
After 30 November, any credit you haven’t used is simply gone. It doesn’t carry forward. With the Xero price rise and the SFEC deadline landing in the same month, this is the point where waiting stops being free and starts actually costing you money.
Why It Makes Sense to Sort This Out Now
Put these two things together and the answer becomes pretty clear. Right now, you can get today’s lower Xero price, PSG support, and any SFEC credit you still have, all at the same time. After 1 November, one of those three is already gone. After 30 November, two of them are.
You don’t need to decide everything today. But it’s worth having a conversation with us now, while all three are still available, rather than after one of them quietly disappears.
If any of this sounds like it applies to you, the best next step is simply to talk to us. We’ll check your PSG eligibility, see how much SFEC you have left, and tell you exactly what a Xero setup would cost before either deadline hits. Frequently asked questions
Mostly, it comes down to experience. Being the first vendor in Singapore listed for Xero under PSG means we've done more of these projects than most others. The Xero software itself is the same no matter who you buy it from. The difference is in how smoothly the setup and the PSG process go, as well as the experienced advisory and guidance which you could get from our team.
It's real, and you can check it yourself on Xero's own website. From 1 November 2026: Starter goes from $39 to $42, Standard from $70 to $77, and Premium from $95 to $99, all per month. The discount for running multiple companies is also being removed.
You can check through the Business Grants Portal, or simply contact us and we'll help you check. Either way, it's worth confirming before 30 November 2026.
Not at all. Most people come to us with just a rough budget or a problem they want solved, not a specific plan in mind. Working out the right plan, and how much PSG and SFEC can help, is exactly what the first conversation is for.
It depends on your plan and how much data needs to be moved over, but most projects go from first conversation to a working system within a few weeks. With both deadlines coming up in November, it's better to start that conversation sooner rather than later.
