Xero Prices Go Up on 1 November 2026

Xero is raising its prices in Singapore on 1 November 2026. Starter goes to S$42 a month, Standard to S$77 and Premium to S$99.

If you’ve been putting off Xero, don’t leave it to the last week of October. A proper setup takes a few weeks, and 1 November is less than four weeks away.

Here are the new prices, and what to sort out before they start.

The New Xero Prices in Singapore

Plan Now (per month) From 1 Nov (per month) Extra per month Extra per year
Starter S$39 S$42 S$3 S$36
Standard S$70 S$77 S$7 S$84
Premium S$95 S$99 S$4 S$48

All prices are in Singapore dollars and include GST. They don’t cover optional add-ons.

Four Reasons to Start Now

1. Setup takes longer than you'd think

You’re not just opening an account. Your records need to be moved over, and your team needs time to learn the system.

Rushed setups usually leave mistakes that are quick to fix early and a headache months later. Starting now gives you time to do it properly.

2. Your grant check needs to come first

Enterprise Singapore’s EDGE Grant replaced PSG, EDG and MRA from 30 September 2026, and Xero is supported under EDGE. Whether you qualify depends on your business.

Grant rules often depend on timing, so check your eligibility before you subscribe or pay for any setup work. That check takes time too, and the clock is already running.

3. Every month of manual bookkeeping costs you

Xero brings in your bank transactions so you can match them instead of typing them in. Your GST return uses the figures already in the system, so you’re not rebuilding it from receipts every quarter. Your team and your accountant see the same books from anywhere.

The increase is a few dollars a month. Hours of manual bookkeeping cost a lot more than that.

4. InvoiceNow is on its way

IRAS is bringing in GST InvoiceNow in stages. New voluntary GST registrants already must use it. Other GST-registered businesses follow between April 2028 and April 2031, depending on size.

Xero is on IMDA’s list of InvoiceNow-Ready solutions, so it can help you meet the requirement. It’s easier to set this up early than to scramble when your date comes.

Which Xero Plan Should You Pick?

Plan Suits Worth knowing From 1 Nov

Sending lots of invoices, or want auto-reconcile? Compare Standard against Starter plus add-ons before you choose.

Start Before 1 November

The new prices start on 1 November, and a proper setup takes weeks. The sooner you begin, the more time you have to pick the right plan, check your grant eligibility and move your books across without a rush.

FAQs

Yes. Xero has confirmed new prices from 1 November 2026: Starter S$42, Standard S$77 and Premium S$99 a month, including GST.

A proper Xero setup takes a few weeks, and the new prices begin on 1 November. Start now and you're running smoothly by then, with time to pick the right plan and check your EDGE eligibility. Leave it late and you're rushing your records while the higher price is already in force. Every week you wait leaves less time to do it well.

Starter costs S$36 more, Standard S$84 more and Premium S$48 more, including GST and before add-ons.

Usually a few weeks, from the first conversation to a working system. It depends on how much data needs moving and how many people will use Xero.

It depends on your GST registration and size. New voluntary GST registrants have to comply already, and everyone else follows between April 2028 and April 2031. Setting up on an InvoiceNow-Ready system early means you're ready when your date comes.

Xero is supported under the EDGE Grant, which replaced PSG, EDG and MRA. Whether you qualify depends on your business, so check before you subscribe.
