Contract Terms ·   Prices quoted in SGD and subject to prevailing GST

·   M1 reserves the right to replace or substitute the bundled router if it is recalled or discontinued by manufacturer or distributor or in the event of stock-out. Device provided to customers by M1 is covered under and subject to the terms of warranty from the relevant manufacturers for one (1) year.

Service Lead Time ·   30-45 working days upon submission of forms, documents and endorsed proposal.
Installation ·   Standard installation from 9am – 5pm.

·   Non-standard installation such as deployment of scissor lift, opening of access panel, installation of metal trunking, security deposits are not included in this quotation and are charged separately where applicable.

Installation at Data Centres ·   Where termination sites are data centres, M1 will terminate circuits at demarcation points designated by the relevant data centre operator.

·   All circuit charges exclude cross-connect from the demarcation point(s) to the customer’s rack(s) within the data centre.

·   Customer shall be solely responsible for any and all arrangements and procurements of any cross-connect(s) from data centre operator to customer’s racks.

Indoor NBAP (Non-Building Access Point) Classification ·   An NBAP means a location in mainland Singapore or its connected islands other than a physical address

·   While generally referring to outdoor locations without a physical address, indoor common areas within buidlings are also considered NBAPs

·   Some non-exhaustive examples of NBAPs are: an automated teller machine or e-service kiosk within a public/common area within a building, a bus stop/taxi stand, an open space car park, a multi-storey car park, an expressway or road, a lift lobby and rooftop of a building, an outdoor playground, a common area in a shopping mall housing push cart stalls, a void desk including senior citzen corner in the void deck of a HDB block, a container used as a temporary office, an MDF room, a switch room, a security guard room which is non-addressable, a fire control centre which is non addressable, a room without any unit number, facilities within condominiums where there premises that house these facilities (e.g. lifts) are non-addressable.

·   Any location classified as Indoor NBAP will no longer be eligible for any and all promotional offerings and additional charges would accordingly apply.

Relocation ·   At least two (2) months’ advance notice in writing for any request for relocation of the Service

·   No Relocation of Service within the first six (6) months of the Service Contract period

·   Relocation charge of $800 applies.

Replacement of Routers

(Renewal Fibre Contracts Only)

·   Existing or Current router refers to the router provided by M1 that is currently being used to support the subscribed connectivity service that is undergoing renewal

·   If the customer’s current M1 provided router has a verified failure or fault preventing Internet access during the renewal contract period, an equivalent replacement unit will be provided upon verification

·   Verification of equipment fault or failure is conducted by M1. If equipment reported as faulty is not found to have fault or has failed, customer would be charged in full for all relevant housecall charges.

·   Router equipment replacement can occur a maximum of once during the new contract period (maximum of a single router replacement during the entire contract period)

·   Replacement of router network equipment is based on resource availability.

Termination of Service ·   Termination Charge of 100% subscription charges for premature termination of the Service, for the remainder of the unused duration of the Service Contract. Including the stated retail price of premiums (if any).

·   Deactivation charge of $200 applies upon Pre-Mature termination of Fibre (NGNBN) Services

Premium Redemption ·   Redemption of bundled premium only upon full settlement of the first M1 Business Broadband bill – inclusive of subscription charges for first month on pro-rated basis, plus subscription charges for next 3 months.

·   M1 reserves the right to replace or substitute the premium with other item of similar value if the premium are recalled or discontinued by manufacturer or distributor or in the event of stockout.

·   Premiums cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash.

·   Premium will be forfeited if unclaimed 3 months from date of redemption letter.

ONT/Corporate Fixed Voice / IP Centrex ·   Outgoing local voice calls are chargeable at $0.0107/min.

·   Outgoing international voice calls are chargeable at prevailing IDD 002 or IDD 021 rates unless otherwise stated.

·   IAD on Free Loan (where applicable).

·   Loss/Damage of IAD/ONT is chargeable. Refer to Application and Service Agreement.

Fixed Voice Auction Numbers ·   Auction number may be recycled/used number.

·   M1 shall have the right at its sole discretion to forfeit any auction number with no refund to the successful applicant in the event the successful applicant fails to subscrip to the applicable M1 Business Fibre Broadband and M1 Corporate Fixed Voice services within a year.

IPv4 Addresses ·   Due to global scarcity of IPv4 addresses, IP justification is required if more than 16 IP4v addresses are required.

·   5 usable IPs per block of 8 IPv4 addresses.

Managed Service ·   Devices provided under Managed Service are owned by customer unless otherwise stated.

·   Managed service support will be based on the respective product Scope of Work with a standard 8x5xNBD SLA

Fibre with 4G Backup ·   Upfront payment of $138.32 x 3 months is required to collect bundled premium

·   RansNet HSA500L1 must be placed at an optimal location within the office premise to ensure that the 4G backup service is able to function as expected as well as provide maximum WiFi signal coverage to and from WiFi client devices

·   If the SIM card is removed from the provided HSA500L1 router, 4G backup service shall not function in the event of fibre Internet access being unavailable. M1 would not be responsible for lack of connectivity to the Internet if the SIM card is removed from the provided HSA500L1 router.

·   If the 4G SIM card accumulates data usage during periods when the fibre Internet service remains active and available, customers may be liable to be billed the full amount of 4G mobile data charges incurred.

Cloud Server Connect (Fibre with Cloud Server Bundle) ·   In the event that a customer wants to terminate either one of the bundled services, there will be a one-time administrative fee of $200 and the remaining service will revert to the prevailing list price for the remaining duration of the contractual period.

·   Upon early service termination, customer will pay the remaining unused month(s) of the contract period.

Virtualised Next-Generation Firewall ·   Service requires existing or new M1 Business Fibre Broadband connectivity

·   Due to the specialised nature of technologies and equipment utilised in providing this service, M1 Business Fibre Broadband connectivity customers will NOT be able to obtain the peak traffic throughput available on their connection without this service enabled.

·   Existing customers on M1 Business Fibre Broadband connectivity contracts will have their Broadband contracts extended to match the full 24-month contract duration of M1 Virtualised Next-Generation Firewall.

·   Service purchased must align with existing or new M1 Fibre Broadband connectivity type (Dynamic or Static IP service) and amount of bandwidth (up to 500Mbps or above 500Mbps up to 1Gbps)

·   A cisco router is required for this service.

·   24 months service commitment with early termination charges apply unless otherwise stated.

Managed Cloud Security ·   Service requires existing or new M1 Business Static Fibre Broadband connectivity

·   A Fortinet FortiGate router is required for this service.

Security Operations Centre ·   Security Operations Centre (SOC) service requires Virtualised Next-Generation Firewall Service.

·   Service purchased must align with existing or new M1 Fibre Broadband connectivity amount of bandwidth

·   Promotional free months with contract period apply for the first 300 customers only.

·   Service activation fee applies.

Data Centre Colocation ·   Promotions are open to new and existing customers with no M1 Co-location contracts.

·   Promotions apply to new (additional) racks only. It does not apply to existing racks with or without M1 Co-location contracts.

·   Prices quoted in SGD and subject to prevailing GST

·   Provisioning of Co-location Rackspace is based on resource availability.

·   Minimum of 5 working days upon submission of forms, documents and endorsed proposal.

·   Due to global scarcity of IPv4 addresses, IP justification is required if more than 16 IPv4 addresses are required.

·   11 usable IPs per block of 16 IPv4 addresses.

·   M1 Co-location services do not include system integration service.

·   M1 Co-location racks are, as standard, equipped with dual power distribution units (PDU) with a total of 24 power sockets. 12 sockets are enabled as standard up to a maximum of 22 enabled sockets per rack. Additional socket activation is chargeable on a monthly basis.

·   M1 Colocation team reserves the right to periodically access the rack due to operational requirements and maintenance in order to support the reliability and availability of the colocation service as well as other supporting connectivity, security and other managed services.

·   All equipment within the Co-location Rackspace must be plugged directly into the provided PDUs. Electrical power strip or power extension equipment is unauthorised and not allowed to be placed within the Co-location Rackspace. Electrical power strip or power extension equipment will be removed, without notice, by M1 Colocation staff if placed or connected within the Co-location Rackspace.
